II production sector is based on a wide range of native grapes:
  • Bovale, Cannonau, Carignano, turned, Cagnulari, Nieddera, Malvasia, Monica, Moscato, Nasco, Nuragus, Retaglìado, Semidano, Vermentino, Vernaccia
The wines of the region are often produced from these grapes alone.
All the wines of Sardinia with a high quality level, due to the high quality of raw material, the territory that makes them very diversified minerals, the light that gives special characteristics.
The Cannonau of Sardinia is a wine with a ruby red color, which with age tends to orange, the smell is distinctive, the flavor is dry and tasty.
The Sardinia Semidano is a white-gold, fruity aroma and smooth taste and fresh.
The Muscat takes three different directions depending on the area of production:
  • Moscato di Cagliari, Moscato di Sorso-Sennori, Moscato di Sardegna
