This basin is the result of salt water works made between Valle Bertuzzi and the pine forest owned.
It is a large artificial lake with an area of one hundred acres, where live eels and mullet.
The vegetation consists of reeds, marsh reeds, medicinal plants, while the fauna is characterized by coots, grebes and kingfishers.
Every year is the theater for all water sports, skiing, competitive sailing, canoeing, and numerous other initiatives related to running, to cycling and horse riding.
Throughout the summer, is frequented by tourists who flock to the banks and participate in numerous events and entertainment.
