Cooking Recipes (Sardinia - Italy)


Ingredients:

  • 'Sa Pompia', or 'Citrus monstrous', is a citrus fruit with thick skin, rough and deformed.
    Without knowing the source, if or when it was imported in Siniscola (Sardinia) or if it is an ecotype.
    The fruit, grown from ancient date, can weigh up to 700 grams.
  • Honey

Preparation:
