Crunchy almonds are roasted, whole or cut thin.

Ingredients:
- cut and toasted almonds national
- sugar.
In some towns of the island are flavored with orange zest.

To prepare, the fillets are blended with almonds and sugar have melted before.
Everything is cooked in a copper pot to the stove for 20 minutes.
After cooking, the dough is cut by hand giving it the characteristic shape of a diamond.
After the product has cooled on the bench, is packed in paper cups.

It is a traditional Sardinian sweet, also mentioned in the novels of Grazia Deledda.
