Clams - Sardinian Recipe

Cooking Recipes (Sardinia - Italy)


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg clams
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • breadcrumbs
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:
Thoroughly clean the clams under running water, brushing to remove any clumps of algae between the valves, then leave them about 1 / 2 hour in a bowl with water and salt.
